Masters Wigan Eden Valley Riesling
Wine
Peter Lehmann Masters Wigan Eden Valley Riesling is named in honour of Andrew Wigan, who revolutionized the winery's white winemaking and championed its Riesling.
The fruit is grown on the shallow, rocky soils of the Eden Valley and harvested early in the season. After a cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine is clarified and bottled immediately. It is cellared for five years before release.
A pale lemon hue, Peter Lehmann Masters Wigan Eden Valley Riesling is youthful despite its age, with great fruit purity and a crisp finish. Cellaring potential is 15 years.
