Port Phillip Estate Shiraz is handpicked from the estate vineyard at Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula, grown in ancient volcanic soils.

The fruit, including a small portion of whole bunches, is fermented with ambient yeasts in an open top fermenter. The wine is transferred to seasoned French oak barrels for natural malolactic fermentation and up to 16 months of maturation.

Vibrant purple, Port Phillip Estate Shiraz is a medium bodied wine with a lush fruit core, fine graphite tannins and balanced acidity. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
