Yabby Lake Vineyard Block 6 Chardonnay is made from a unique patch of vines at the winery's Tuerong vineyard, located in the Mornington Peninsula's north.

Grown in light clay soils over ironstone rock, the vines enjoy a cool maritime climate ideal for producing premium Chardonnay.

The handpicked fruit is crushed, pressed and transferred with full solids to new and seasoned French oak puncheons. The wine ferments with wild yeasts over three weeks.

It matures on lees for 11 months without malolactic fermentation. It is bottled with only minimal additions.

Pale straw, Yabby Lake Vineyard Block 6 Chardonnay is strikingly aromatic and precisely structured with a lingering intensity. Cellaring potential is five years.
