Deep Woods Estate Wilyabrup Grand Selection Cabernet Sauvignon individually highlights the prime Cabernet growing area of Wilyabrup in Margaret River.

The fruit is sourced from a single block of dry grown, mature vines. It is open fermented, spending nearly two weeks on skins before 15 months of maturation in French oak.

After careful selection the best barrels, typically no more than four, are blended to create a wine that displays the classic character of the region. Once bottled, the wine is aged further in the cellar before release.

Inky crimson, Deep Woods Estate Wilyabrup Cabernet Sauvignon has alluring dark fruit flavours framed by powder fine tannins and lasting length.

Made only in exceptional vintages. Cellaring potential is 12 years.
