Bay of Fires Arras Rosé is handpicked from several of Tasmania's leading vineyards – in Pipers River, Coal River Valley and Derwent Valley.
The fruit is whole bunch pressed with only the free run juice collected. Individual batches are fermented, followed by malolactic fermentation. The batches are blended to style and tiraged (sugar and yeast are added).
The expedition liqueur, which introduces oak and brandy spirit into the blend, completes this traditional wine, ensuring a balanced taste.
Salmon pink, Bay of Fires Arras Rosé has structural elegance, impeccable tannin balance and natural acidity.
