Charles Melton Voices of Angels Shiraz is drawn from some of the oldest and most venerable vines in the Barossa. The gnarled old vines are a mix of estate and grower owned blocks.

The grapes ferment with partial whole bunch inclusion. Post ferment the wine matures for 15 months in 100 per cent new French oak sur lie (on lees). Individual barrels are then selected.

Impenetrable deep red, Charles Melton Voices of Angels Shiraz has sweet aromas, intense dark fruit flavours, spicy complexity and firm tannins. Cellaring potential is 12 years.
