Oakridge Yarra Valley Rosé is made from Pinot Noir with smaller amounts of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Gris, handpicked from estate Yarra Valley vineyards.

The Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier are whole bunch pressed directly to seasoned French oak barrels for natural fermentation. The Pinot Gris is fermented separately and left on skins for four weeks.

The final blend includes a selection of saignée barrels – lightly coloured juice that has been drained from red wine vats after 24 hours on skins. There is minimal filtration at bottling.

Light strawberry pink, Oakridge Yarra Valley Rosé is dry yet soft, savoury and textural, driven by a fresh citrus acid line. Enjoy on release.
