Kilikanoon Testament Shiraz is sourced from vineyards across the Barossa Valley, including estate vineyards in Greenock and Vine Vale, and growers in Ebenezer.

The wine is made using traditional open fermentation and basket pressing. Maturation is in French and American oak, a mixture of new and seasoned hogsheads. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration.

Bright red, Kilikanoon Testament Shiraz is poised and concentrated with spicy oak, fine tannins and a persistent finish. Cellaring potential is 12 years.
