Larry Cherubino Wines Cherubino Porongurup Riesling is made with the best parcels of Riesling from the estate's Pannoo Vineyard at Porongurup, planted in 1989.

Minimal intervention prevails at the winery. The grapes are hand harvested at night and gently destemmed. The free run juice is fermented using natural yeasts, in a long, cool fermentation.

Pale quartz, Larry Cherubino Wines Cherubino Porongurup Riesling has lime flavours, chalky minerality and taut acidity. Cellaring potential is seven years.
