Wineglass Bay Sauvignon Blanc

Freycinet Wineglass Bay Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from vines planted in the late 1990s on the neighbouring Coombend property, purchased from Brown Brothers in 2012.

The grapes are harvested very ripe. The juice is settled, then undergoes a slow, temperature controlled ferment in tank. About one quarter ferments in 5-6 year old French oak to impart texture to the final wine.

Straw green, Freycinet Wineglass Bay Sauvignon Blanc is refreshing, crisp and subtly complex with lively tropical fruit flavours. Cellaring potential is three years.
