Soumah Equilibrio Pinot Noir sets the benchmark each year for Soumah Pinot Noir. It is grown on the Hexham Vineyard at Gruyere in the Yarra Valley.

The wine is a considered blend of Pinot Noir clones. The focus is on creating a wine of harmony and balance; practically, this means careful new oak integration and only the best barrels being selected for the final blend.

Bright red, Soumah Equilibrio Pinot Noir offers red fruit flavours with earthy characters, lifted spice and length. Cellaring potential is seven years.
