Shadowfax Geelong Riesling is handpicked from the Sutherlands Creek Vineyard in Geelong. Adjacent to Werribee Park the winery is just 30 kilometres from Melbourne.

The juice is whole bunch pressed, naturally clarified then fermented at moderate temperatures. A portion ferments separately in seasoned oak barrels and is blended back into the wine.

The wine remains on lees for 8-12 weeks before being racked, matured in tank and bottled.

Straw green, Shadowfax Geelong Riesling has refreshing acidity, lime and green apple notes and a chalky texture. Cellaring potential is four years.
