Heathcote Winery The Wilkins Shiraz is the estate's leading Shiraz, made in very limited quantities. It is named after vigneron Stephen Wilkins.

The finest fruit is selected from the Newlans Lane Vineyard, grown in rich red Cambrian soils. It is destemmed by hand for gentle fermentation, then basket pressed by hand. After developing in oak, the wine is bottled and aged further prior to release.

Dark red, Heathcote Winery The Wilkins Shiraz shows typical Heathcote richness and elegance. Cellaring potential is 15 years.
