Heathcote Winery The Origin Shiraz is sourced from the estate Newlans Lane Vineyard: the winery's original 1978 planting. The old vines grow in ancient red Cambrian soils.

The fruit is handpicked and open fermented in small batches, typically as whole berries. The wine is then aged in premium French oak barrels to impart a fine tannin structure and develop length.

Deep red, Heathcote Winery The Origin Shiraz's rich dark fruit flavours flow into peppery notes, silky tannins and a lingering finish. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
