Samuel's Collection Eden Valley Viognier
Wine
Yalumba Samuel's Collection Eden Valley Viognier is named after winery founder Samuel Smith. Yalumba pioneered Viognier in Australia, the first vines planted in 1980.
The fruit is sourced from a handful of vineyards high in the Eden Valley. The wine is fermented in seasoned French oak puncheons and barriques, followed by around 10 months of maturation.
Light straw, Yalumba Samuel's Collection Eden Valley Viognier is a long, silky wine with stone fruit flavours and a fresh finish. Cellaring potential is five years.
