Reserve Shiraz
Wine
Symphony Hill Wines Reserve Shiraz is made from premium handpicked Shiraz parcels sourced from the highest vineyard in Queensland's Granite Belt region.
The fruit is crushed and destemmed, then cold soaked. The wine ferments in stainless steel, variable capacity tanks with a circular lid that slides down like a coffee plunger, sealing out any oxygen. The wine then ages in French oak for one year.
Deep crimson, Symphony Hill Wines Reserve Shiraz has a dark fruit profile, spider web tannins and complex savoury notes. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
