Symphony Hill Wines Gewürztraminer is the winery's signature white wine, made from premium handpicked parcels of Granite Belt Gewürztraminer.

The wine is cool fermented in stainless steel tanks to capture the fruit's aromas. Wild yeast typically begins the ferment, then cultured yeasts are added. Prior to bottling, the wine matures for a short time on lees.

Vibrant yellow, Symphony Hill Wines Gewürztraminer has rich tropical fruit flavours with a tangy, spicy finish. Cellaring potential is two years.
