Wine
Keith Tulloch Semillon is sourced from mature vines at Pokolbin, where the grapes enjoy a Mediterranean climate with coastal influences.
The fruit is crushed and chilled immediately upon arrival at the winery. It is then loaded directly into a press, which is run on a gentle cycle to extract only the purest juice.
Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks with a selected pure yeast culture. The ferment is strictly temperature controlled to maximize varietal freshness.
Pale green, Keith Tulloch Semillon has juicy citrus flavours with a fine structure and fresh finish. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
