Katnook Estate Cabernet Sauvignon draws from distinguished estate vineyards on terra rossa soils in the heart of Coonawarra.

Selected parcels of wine are matured in seasoned French oak barrels to add complexity and suppleness, while others mature in tank. In certain years, the wine may see portions of new oak and/or American oak maturation.

Dark plum purple, Katnook Estate Cabernet Sauvignon has dark berry flavours, well integrated oak and a lingering finish of soft tannins. Cellaring potential is 15 years.
