Wine
John Duval Wines Plexus Marsanne Roussanne Viognier is a Rhône inspired white blend of Marsanne and Roussanne from the Barossa with a small portion of Eden Valley Viognier.
Plexus is a Latin term meaning 'an interwoven combination of elements into a coherent structure'. Gentle pressings are combined with the free run juice and cold settled. Fermentation is in stainless steel tanks.
The Viognier and a parcel of the Marsanne ferment in fine grained French oak, where they then mature for six months. The Roussanne and remaining Marsanne age on lees in tank to enhance structure and texture.
Pale vibrant straw, John Duval Wines Plexus Marsanne Roussanne Viognier has rich stone fruit flavours, ample texture and fine structure. Cellaring potential is five years.
