Freycinet Riesling is made with handpicked grapes from Freycinet's Amphitheatre Hill, Louis and Block 4 sites on the Freycinet Peninsula, just inland from the coast.

The grapes are handpicked at optimum ripeness. Gentle handling and slow fermentation at cool temperatures captures the essence of the Riesling variety in the final wine.

Pale straw, Freycinet Riesling has juicy citrus flavours and a crisp, taut aftertaste. Toasty honey characters develop with age. Cellaring potential is nine years.
