Fraser Gallop Estate Parterre Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a Graves style inspired by Pessac-Leognan in Bordeaux. It takes Margaret River Semillon Sauvignon Blanc to a new and excitingly different level.

Mostly Semillon, it retains both varieties' aromatics and fruit vibrancy. Instead of the usual stainless steel tank fermentation, the wine ferments in French oak. It then matures in oak in a cool room for 10 months.

Bright straw green, Fraser Gallop Estate Parterre Semillon Sauvignon Blanc has zippy acidity with citrus flavours, seamlessly integrated oak and a long, gliding finish. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
