Delatite Deadman's Hill Gewürztraminer is made with hand harvested fruit from the estate's biodynamic vineyard in the foothills of Victoria's alpine country.

The fruit is whole bunch pressed, but sees a touch of skin contact to build flavour. Wild yeast fermentation occurs mostly in tank with a small portion fermenting in large old oak barrels. After ageing on lees, the wine is blended and minimally filtered for bottling.

Deep yellow, Delatite Deadman's Hill Gewürztraminer is sweetly flavoured and mouth filling with a dry, spicy finish. Cellaring potential is eight years.
