Riorret Balnarring Pinot Noir

De Bortoli Yarra Valley Riorret Balnarring Pinot Noir is sourced from an east facing, low yielding vineyard on the Mornington Peninsula. Located behind the Balnarring village, the climate is cool and maritime.

The fruit is hand harvested and sorted. The grapes are destemmed for fermentation with whole bunch inclusion in some vintages. The wine is gravity filled to French oak to mature on lees for nine months.

Deep vermillion, De Bortoli Yarra Valley Riorret Balnarring Pinot Noir is bright and aromatic with dark fruit flavours, supple tannins and balanced acidity. Cellaring potential is six years.
