Lofty Red Label Pinot Noir

De Salis Wines Lofty Red Label Pinot Noir blends three structural Pinot Noir clones: 777, Abel and 667. All are grown high on the slopes of Mount Canobolas in Orange.

A significant proportion of the fruit is kept as whole bunches for fermentation. Once pressed, the wine undergoes 12 months maturation in French oak barrels, half of them new.

Ruby red, De Salis Wines Lofty Red Label Pinot Noir balances red fruit flavours with savoury whole bunch character and toasty oak. Cellaring potential is 12 years.
