Wine
Tahbilk Marsanne draws from the estate vineyard at Nagambie Lakes in central Victoria, home to the world's largest single vineyard holding of the Marsanne variety.
Marsanne, with its origins in France's northern Rhône and Hermitage regions, is synonymous with Tahbilk. Fermentation and maturation are in stainless steel to keep the spotlight purely on the fruit.
Very pale straw, Tahbilk Marsanne has intense citrus and tropical fruit flavours with razor sharp mineral acidity to finish. Cellaring potential 10 years.
