Piccadilly Valley Chardonnay
Wine
Ashton Hills Piccadilly Valley Chardonnay draws from the Piccadilly Valley, the coldest and wettest part of the Adelaide Hills, conditions ideal for Chardonnay.
The grapes are handpicked, chilled and gently pressed to new and seasoned French oak. Fermented with natural yeasts, the wine is aged on full lees for nine months. Regular stirring builds texture.
Pale yellow, Ashton Hills Piccadilly Valley Chardonnay has stone fruit and citrus flavours, bright acidity and soft oak. Cellaring potential is five years.
