De Bortoli Yarra Valley Lusatia Chardonnay draws from the Lusatia Park Vineyard at Woori Yallock in the upper Yarra, known for its affinity for Chardonnay.

The fruit is whole bunched pressed and the juice racked to seasoned French oak for natural fermentation. Towards the end of the ferment, the lees are stirred before the wine is left to rest.

The wine is then gravity racked to vat for a further 6 months on lees before bottling.

Pale straw green, De Bortoli Yarra Valley Lusatia Chardonnay has refined textural purity, subtle minerality and vibrant acidity. Cellaring potential is six years.
