Foxeys Hangout White Gates Chardonnay draws from a small, biodynamically farmed paddock adjacent to the winery at Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula.

Winemaking intervention is kept to a minimum. Both primary and malolactic fermentation take place naturally. Only French oak is used. New oak is used sparingly to add complexity to the wine without dominating the flavour.

Light yellow, Foxeys Hangout White Gates Chardonnay is a rich, full bodied wine with a long finish. Cellaring potential is five years.
