Grant Burge Nebu Cabernet Shiraz is a blend of southern Barossa fruit, Cabernet Sauvignon from the Cameron Vale Vineyard and Shiraz from the centenarian Filsell Vineyard.

The handpicked grapes are destemmed and crushed into stainless steel static fermenters. After a week on skins, the wine is transferred to new and seasoned French oak for maturation.

All parcels are stored separately until blending, with only exceptional parcels making it into the final blend.

Dark purple, Grant Burge Nebu Cabernet Shiraz has powerful fruit flavours balanced by warm spices, and a firm tannin structure. Cellaring potential is 12 years.
