No.6 Aged Release Riesling

Rieslingfreak No.6 Aged Release Riesling draws from the family vineyard at White Hut in the Clare Valley. The fruit is harvested at night when temperatures are at their coolest.
The grapes are not pressed. Instead, the winery uses a 'spin and drain' method to ensure the berries are treated very lightly and the juice retains its purity. Fermentation occurs with a cultured yeast.
Once the wine reaches dryness, it is bottled and cellared to develop complexity for five years before release.
Golden straw, Rieslingfreak No.6 Aged Release Riesling has ripe citrus flavours with toasty, buttery aged complexity. Cellaring potential is five years from release.
