Pepperjack Premium Cut Cabernet Shiraz

Saltram Pepperjack Premium Cut Cabernet Shiraz blends Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz fruit from across South Australia, including Langhorne Creek and McLaren Vale.
Keeping each parcel separate, the grapes are crushed and destemmed for traditional fermentation. Once pressed, the wine is racked and transferred to seasoned and new oak barrels to age.
Brick red, Saltram Pepperjack Premium Cut Cabernet Shiraz has dark fruit flavours with savoury oak and grainy tannins. Cellaring potential is five years.
