Foxeys Hangout White Gates Pinot Gris draws from a small, biodynamically farmed paddock adjacent to the winery's cellar door at Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula.

The grapes travel a short distance to the on-site winery. Fermentation takes place with natural yeasts and the juice is handled in an oxidative manner. Only French oak barrels are used.

Straw green, Foxeys Hangout White Gates Pinot Gris is a fuller bodied and textural wine with a lingering finish. Cellaring potential is five years.
