Single Block E Shiraz

Clyde Park Single Block E Shiraz is grown on a north facing slope on the estate’s Moorabool Valley vineyard. The vines, planted in 1996, are hand pruned, trained and harvested.

Fruit from this unique parcel of vines is fermented separately with indigenous yeasts, with nearly half included as whole bunches. The wine then matures in French oak puncheons, one third new, for nine months.

Dark purple, Clyde Park Single Block E Shiraz is a cool climate wine with ripe red fruit flavours, spicy oak and a delicate structure. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
