Single Block C Chardonnay
Wine
Clyde Park Single Block C Chardonnay is sourced from some of the winery's first vines, planted by the Farr and Weir families in 1979. All the fruit is the P58 clone.
After whole bunch pressing, the juice is cold settled and put to predominantly new oak around 75%. The wine matures for 10 months with minimal bâtonnage (lees stirring) and partial malolactic fermentation.
Pale straw, Clyde Park Single Block C Chardonnay has abundant stone fruit flavours, crunchy minerality and length. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
