Heathcote Winery Mail Coach Shiraz is a blend of the estate's two vineyards, grown predominantly on the ancient red Cambrian soils for which the Heathcote region is known.

The fruit is hand harvested and whole berry fermented in small batches. Maturation occurs in French and American oak, adding structure and spice. A hint of Viognier is typically included in the final blend for complexity.

Rich purple, Heathcote Winery Mail Coach Shiraz has intense dark berry aromas that lead onto the palate, with sweet oak and firm tannins. Cellaring potential is 12 years.
