Hart of the Barossa Ye Brave Limited Release Shiraz is sourced from certified organic vines, grown without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. The fruit is handpicked.

Open fermentation takes place over two weeks. After basket pressing, the wine matures for 18 months in French and American oak, 25% new. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Crimson purple, Hart of the Barossa Ye Brave Limited Release Shiraz is bright, fragrant and full bodied with ripe fruit flavours. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
