Fowles Wine Stone Dwellers Shiraz draws from estate vineyards in the Strathbogie Ranges. Cloudless days, cool nights and ancient granite soils produce grapes with intense flavours.

Fermentation occurs with selected yeasts chosen to enhance varietal character. Most of the wine matures in new French oak barrels, with smaller amounts in seasoned French oak and new American oak barrels.

Deep cherry red, Fowles Wine Stone Dwellers Shiraz is full bodied with rich red fruit flavours, spicy oak, supple tannins and a long finish. Cellaring potential is five years.
