Bec Hardy Wines Pertaringa Over the Top Shiraz is the result of a careful selection of site, vines and production techniques. It is made with premium fruit parcels from the foothills of McLaren Vale.

The grapes are destemmed but not crushed, remaining as whole berries for fermentation. After up to 10 days on skins, the wine is sent to a mix of new and seasoned French oak barrels to mature.

Deep purple, Bec Hardy Wines Pertaringa Over The Top Shiraz has seductive berry flavours, hints of minerality and a lingering, structured finish. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
