Wine
Bellvale Rosé is made with fruit grown on a north facing hillside in the cool, maritime climate of South Gippsland. The vineyard is situated on basaltic red clay soils.
This wine is made entirely with Pinot Noir grapes, though a number of different clones ensure complexity in the final blend. In the tradition of Burgundy in France, the vines are densely planted and yields are limited, trading quantity for quality.
Pale coppery pink, Bellvale Rosé balances freshness with complexity and sweetness with savoury spice. Cellaring potential is two years.
