No.4 Eden Valley Riesling

Rieslingfreak No.4 Eden Valley Riesling is sourced from several vineyards between the Eden Valley township and the Flaxman Valley, located further north-west.

The fruit is machine harvested overnight when the temperatures are at their coolest. Early the next morning it is crushed and destemmed. The juice is then drained (not pressed) to avoid the extraction of harsh characters.

Fermentation takes place at cool temperatures with cultured yeasts, ensuring the wine remains true to its region and style.

Pale straw, Rieslingfreak No.4 Eden Valley Riesling has ripe citrus flavours, subtle sweet spice and a lingering acid backbone. Cellaring potential is 12 years.
