Stanton & Killeen Sparkling Shiraz is drawn from Moodemere Vineyard, planted in 1968 by fifth generation winemaker Norman Killeen. It is named after the nearby Lake Moodemere, a billabong of the Murray River.

The fruit is fermented in open top vats, then matured in French and American oak hogsheads. This base wine is then bottled for secondary fermentation to create natural effervescence.

Ruby crimson, Stantion & Killeen Sparkling Shiraz is full bodied, with fresh red berry flavours and a velvety, soft tannin finish. Drink within two years of release.
