Coldstream Hills Chardonnay is sourced from two close planted estate vineyards on sloping hillsides, one in the Upper and the other in the Lower Yarra Valley.

Blending parcels of fruit from both locations produces a Yarra Valley wine of complexity, varietal definition and place. After pressing it is barrel fermented and matured in French oak for nine months.

Pale straw, Coldstream Hills Chardonnay is vibrant with stone fruit and citrus flavours, minerality and unified oak. Cellaring potential is six years.
