Coldstream Hills Deer Farm Vineyard Pinot Noir is a single vineyard wine. It is grown in the clay loam soils of Blocks D and E at Deer Farm Vineyard in the Upper Yarra Valley.

The wine is meticulously made with minimal intervention. All batches are handled separately. The wine matures on lees for 11 months in French oak barrels, at least one third new.

Deep red, Coldstream Hills Deer Farm Vineyard Pinot Noir is plush with vibrant dark fruit flavours, sure structure and a chalky tannin finish. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
