Wine

Crittenden Estate The Zumma Savagnin is made with fruit handpicked from the oldest and most cherished vines on the estate's Home Vineyard on the Mornington Peninsula.

The grapes are destemmed and placed into a small open fermenter to ferment naturally on skins. After up to 12 days, the wine is pressed to new and seasoned French oak barrels for 10 months of maturation.

Lemon yellow, Crittenden Estate The Zumma Savagnin has citrus and stone fruit flavours, toasty notes and a textural finish. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
